I went there a couple of years ago when it opened. The decor was semi-tropical beach vibe, the cheap wine tropical drinks were pretty bad, and the music wasn't anything special. The food was pretty decent as it came upstairs from Rustica. I'm looking forward to seeing what changes they've made.
