I have been into surf music for many years, and as a result was introduced to exotica a few years ago. However, I am still unfamiliar with alot of the bands/CDs available in the genre. I have several of the Ultra-Lounge series CDs, and a few Martin Denny albums (CD and vinyl), but thats about it. I want to expand my collection and awareness of Exotica. I've begun checking out a few of the modern exotica bands like the Martini Kings, and Clouseaux, along with the classics like Martin Denny, Robert Drasnin, ect. What I would like to know is what are your top favorite exotica CDs that I should be looking for? It can be classic or modern bands, but please dont list surf bands because I'm 99.9% sure that I already own it. Thanks in advance for the help. I greatly appreciate it.
