OK, now I have a small batch of one month macadamian nut infused rum. According to the recipe I found (link above), it's time to add the honey to give body and sweetness. But, and here comes the question, I'm afraid honey flavour will go over the macadamian nut. Can anyone tell me if the real liqueur has this honey flavour? Maybe should I mix the rum with just a rock candy syrup? |
