Not surprised you are seeing them at vintage shops, fake imitation stuff will be vintage (depending on whose definition you subscribe to) in the not too distant future! Vintage and antique dealers think tiki is really hot right now hence the $6.00-$10.00 range. I recently found two Harvey's Lake Tahoe small hula bowls at an antique shop. Asking price-$40.00 each! I have never paid more than $5.00 for one, so this really threw me. They are still there! Pyscho Tiki D (I know I am and tiki is as tiki does)! DIG?!?
