One last point - The babe-alicious-est gal to ever grace the Star Trek sets was Angelique Pettyjohn, as Shahna in "The Gamesters of Triskelion", second season, original series. Counsellor What's Her Name ain't in it. Here she is in a then-current photo. No surgery, just one healthy girl!
