Hey, thanks all!!(And thanks for the Mai Tai, Buzzy!) Been busy as hell with work and getting shit ready for the buy/move. Real estate crap is a REAL pain in the ass!! I've got to plan on getting this damned condo rented out and coordinate all of that with the move-in of the new place, after we close escrow........Housewarming party to follow. Any suggestions on a theme?(haha) Count me in for the 23rd! |
