Spent a lot of time in the tiki spots - eatin', drinkin', and listenin' to the music. There were lots to choose from then. I see the Bahooka is still with us. I spent a lot of time there. Gone are the Tahitian (Pasadena) - proposed to my wife there; and no, I didn't have to get drunk first. Also gone are Latitude 20° (best live entertainment), The Tikis (almost drove my car off the freeway the first time I saw that volcano go off), a huge place on D St. in Ontario (can't remember the name, maybe someone can help me out), and a place on Shelter Island in San Diego, I think was called the Bali Hai. Those were some of my favorite haunts. Now the kids are grown and I can go develop some new ones. I hope! Mike
