Since a few months I see Bols Dry Orange Curaçao popping up on the shelves of some stores and I wonder if anyone here knows what it is. Is it the real deal? If it is dry isn't it the same as Triple Sec?

Earlier on VJB, Jr used de Kuyper in his Mai Tai recipe, but he abandoned that for Bols. If you try de Kuyper now it is hideous. I use Bols because it's the best avaialble. Haven't tried Senior Curaçao Of Curaçao, but Scottes often raves about it, so it's definitely worth getting if you can.

I'd say buy the Bols. It's available and the best among the few brands I can get around here.
