Great question. When I am "hit" with the taste of the straight the 151's, it is hard for me to tell what they taste like! When used in a cocktail, if one sticks with, say, a Demerara 151 as a floater instead of a PR 151, like a Bacardi, the, the woody-ness/tobacco comes through. So, I can say, in a cocktail, the character of the Lemon Hart 80 proof holds to the same character as tje 151. BTW, I am trying to get my hands on some more Lemon Hart Jamaican 80 proof. If you need anything from the US distribution, I would swap bottles of anything and send bottles to you first. You could use a PO box or, whatever. It's an honor system and I would be glad to bear the risk of exchange. I currently swap with 3 others around the planet and have never been disappointed.
