I kinda remember their old location being pretty great! The old location was along Broadway, the main drag through downtown, in the Benson Hotel, one of the top hotels in town. It closed before I turned 21, so I never visited it. As I recall, it closed for the same reason as many other tiki places closed in the '80s. The "El Gaucho" steak house is in that space now.
