yes teak,
i caved the egg shape first then carved the tiki into it...
the wax on and wax off was a cool idea... but i sort of did that one with tiki #55 the "Hang Yang"

Tiki#141 has less of a 'Far' Eastern theme, However, the East is intriguing to me as i explain in my next Tiki Mag article.

this race is neck and neck... final pic will be Sunday..
