The first is a Rick Reitveld interpretation of the famous Phil Roberts portrait of Dale Velsy for the cover of the self-same's biography "The Hawk".

The companion painting is a Phil Roberts re-imagining of the famous Rick Rietveld mermaid painting called Spring, and includes an amazing likeness of Mr. Rietveld.
