If you're anywhere near Sarnia, Ontario there are guys that surf there. Huron isn't surfed as much as Superior, Michigan, Erie and Ontario, but when there are North winds it gets waves.
There are some guys near Lake St. Clair/Harsens Island that used to surf ship wakes on the shoals of the river in the 60's and 70's.
