Tiki Central / Collecting Tiki / Oil on Velvet Conch Blower-Can you identify?

It was probably painted in 1956 in Manila by a guy named Gagne. It's a black velvet painting of a guy blowing a conch shell. It's most likely oil paints on stretched velvet.
