I don't know if I'm in the right place, but I'm working on a prom for mentally and physically challenged teens and we are doing an Island/Under The Sea prom and I'm wondering how to make some cheap palm leaves. I have the trunks (carpet rolls) and I have some cheesy palm leaves, but I would like to make nice inexpensive ones. And any other decorating ideas from members would be great too!
