One APPEARS to be more of a candleholder than a fountain but MAY be both (not sure as my local W doesn't have it in stock) and it is a TIKI item! Just to let folks who may have missed the circular know about it. [I don't work for W, in fact I work for what could be viewed as a competitor, so I've nothing to gain by posting this that I am aware of, unless my 401(k) has money invested in W.]
