D dogbytes Tiki Socialite seattle, wa Joined: Mar 24, 2002 Posts: 2243	D dogbytes Posted posted on Sat, Apr 26, 2008 10:24 AM Janet, at first i was gonna say "geez, dont help spammers on CL" but i went to the site, and its FAST EDDIE (Edwin Germaine) ~ he used to live in Seattle, carved tikis and was at a jurried show in Bellevue the year before we got here, but stopped doing art shows, opened a coffee shop, got screwed in that deal, moved to hawaii and i lost track of him. but i recognized his carving, because of his unusual backsides of the carvings which are very georgia okeefe-y. his new painted stuff is absolutely not my thing..but..whatever... Selector Lopaka and Puamana had Eddie carve a tree in their yard LINK with lots of pix here is my piece (wow, that picture was taken a long time ago, my room looks very different now) thanks for posting that, im gonna drop him a line..
