I have a taste on the bitter side with aperitifs like Campari as my all time favorite followed by Aperol and Ramazotti Amaro (and Amaro menta) which is a natural bitter liqueur made with a blend of roots, herbs, and orange peel. Then we also have Cynar and FernetBranca. But i also have a sweet tooth and like Limoncello a lot as well.
