I have a thick skin and can deal with know-it-alls on this website, but I have been treated poorly in real businesses and never gone back. I figure it's THEIR loss, not mine - plenty of other businesses in town to shop at. And the sad fact here is, there are vendors on this site trying to make a living from us patrons and when new folks get scared off in the General Tiki, they may not care to look beyond that forum to the Marketplace forum and spend their money. Perhaps temperance might be better than knee-jerk reactions. And JanetMermaid, I liked how described how YOU moderated - a welcome and some guidance - that's all MOST of us want anyhow.
