I am so glad you said that, because I was wondering about that. Way back when, where did people get all this stuff? I mean, tiki mugs came from tiki bars, but what about tiki torches? Plaster wall hangings?
Other things that make my heart go pitter-pat, like Melmac, fondue pots, Pyrex, anondized aluminum, barware, bullet-shaped kitchen mixers, and formica-topped tables were advertized in ladies' magazines and available at Sears. Was it the same for tiki stuff?
