This is my first post -- please let me know if it's in the wrong place. I happened across a new place called Sensacion, billed as "a tropical bar and restaurant," at 953 Amsterdam (near 106th St.) yesterday. They hope to open in June. Not 100% sure if it will be tiki per se, but they were painting the ceiling and the door lintel in a Hawaiian theme. Anyone know anything about it? [ Edited by: RikkiTikki 2008-05-25 15:09 ] |
