Am I not also allowed to post my observations on the topic? That's how I feel brother! But since I got your panties in an uproar I'll post something "constructive":

The Art Industry is a load of shit. It purpose is to hype that which has no intrinsic value, usually for the benefit of dealers. So if Shag has been able to reap the benefits of his own work that makes him a sell out and "un-cool"? What if instead of an "artist" he was a suit-monkey glued to computer screen at (insert your companies name here)? Now that would be "cool"!
