When I was 5 or 6, my parents used to take my brother and me to the Chicago TV for dinner, so I had an early introduction to tiki. I didn't develop the collecting bug for tiki until about 2 years ago when my fiance decided to build a home tiki lounge. I've been lurking here for a while, but have never posted, as I didn't think I had much to contribute. My fiance, Numatiki, and I attended the Aku Tiki auction yesterday. It was a great time and now I finally have something worth posting! :)
