After what seemed like 12 straight hours of MMA on tv last night, I brought the tiki inside and did a little more work on it. Here it is at it appears now:



He only has one arm so far:

Thanks Lake! Drop by anytime. :wink: If you're in the neighborhood, thatb is. It seems the kids are drawn to the cannibals for some reason. Had some little girl wander up while I was working on it, check it out, and then call her family down from the room to check it out. I almost passed out from glee when she said on the phone, "Hey Mom, you have to get down here,... NOW!(pause)... because there's a TIKI-GUY down here it's totally cool!" That was the first time I was ever called a "Tiki Guy" in public by a citizen. They asked me to start coming down on Fridays from now on as an opening act for the big luau, so maybe the pot will be sweetened with some free grub. I'll have to see what I can get out of that.
