As the bartender "pops" open the beer you ordered, you whisper in the babes ear next to you and say, "that's my second favorite sound!" To which she replies, "Ohh, what's the first?" Your response would then be, "the sound of a woman in ecstasy!" Hey, it worked for me. Past tense of course.
