I will be doing about 1/2 hour or hour bar shift, making a simple grog.
rum, lime juice, brown sugar, splash of soda water, and mint.
simple but tasty.

Can't wait.
I'm starting to get antsy about this.
been to long since I've been to this paradise known as the Rincon Room.
