I finally had a chance to listen to some of the cuts. These guys are really, really good! Almost note for note perfect renditions of classic exotica songs.

If I could only make one complaint: It sounds like the bass being used is over amplified. If it was me, I would lose the Pick-up and go with a microphone only. That is, if an acoustic upright is being used. To my ears, it sounded a bit like an electric upright bass (Minimal body, basically an electric bass in a stand-up configuration). Are my ears wrong on that?

The other thing was that they should get some originals.
But that version of Black Orchard was very, very good! Those are not easy chords to get right. It takes some higher level understanding of music theory to get that right. They did.
