I've seen recipes/bartending guides substitute Amaretto for Orgeat. I don't recommend it though. I suppose you could concoct a simple syrup/almond extract mix that could resemble Orgeat. Much easier to just order it from Trader Vic's (no relation :wink: ) though. Aloha, Vic |
