(The Bijou) It was noisy and sort of had a Asian faux Ikea feel to it, but it was okay. The selection of beer was not good, and Single Malt okay, but not great...Acid test was ordering a Sazerac, that's when I knew our boy had made his mark on the place. (insert sound of trains crashing) Absolutly the best Sazerac ever (several) It may not be a source of Dogfish Head 120 Minute, or Bruichladdich PC5 yet, but his place will improve in coming weeks and it's worth the visit for the Manhattans and Sazeracs right this minute.
