HI KIDS!
ONE MORE DAY TIL THE TIKI MAGAZINE RELEASE PARTAY!
Doi-yoy-yoy-yoy-yoy!
Just got finished packin everything up.including
2 TikiShark pieces that Brad asked me to show!
There's nothing like seeing a Bradley piece in person!
it's got that UUMPH!

LOL-
Hey man! You just reminded me of the season when i went to illinois and got a bunch of old
60s-70s Sears catalogs and actually designed a Summer line around the prints and styles we found in there!
Miss looking at all those GI JOe toys and dreaming....
sigh!
Glad you like the abstract,Sir!
Thanks for visiting and trying to decipher the Summer Shorebreak...
I'm thinkin some big canvases are screaming for this style!

Mango-Jungle Cry is really a compelling one...
it's half fabric print and half narrative....
a chimera,of sorts.....
like one of them things they grow in some pentagon lab miles beneath the earth....
Thanks for the Stoke!
gonna need that for tomorrow! :)

Tobunga!
Thank you,my friend!
jazzed you're gonna be at the Tiki Wonderland
sharing your beautiful work with the sheep...er, peeps!
I've only seen bits and pieces of Blair
peter Pan,and a few things
very playful and oodles of sweetness!
ATTENTION! I will trade art for Mary Blair books!
Sometime I'll show you some of the fabric prints i did for
Hawaiian Island Creations, Rusty Surfboards, etc during the 90's ...
there's little peeks of these abstracts in them, kinda foreshadowing the styles of today!
I'll see what i can do to get a new shirt made
cuz you is the snazziest tikishirt wearer EVER!
When you gonna glaze that Hut mug? it's a beaut!

you too GROG!
Mahalos Caveman!
Terrill just bought some BIGGER Arches pads so i will be doing bigger versions of these soon!
so you can at least tape the paper together and wear it!
See you soon!

Sneakers!
sissy?
you're lucky i have Damons this weekend
or i would recon over there and pull a RAMBO on YOUR artsy butt!
as for another career...I've got two already!
Somethins gotta give! :)
if you're huffing varnish fumes...KRYLON provides the longest buzz
but the headache afterwards is nothing to laugh about! :)

Bowana!
Ah! I feel so blessed to have soooo many talented friends !
Maybe you could apply to be one!
it's so inspiring!
Never a dull moment!
Esq!
Your miniature flags of miniature countries collection
has inspired me to stop and think of the little things! :)

Thomas...
whatever...you snooze-you lose...
Now someone else is gonna adopt the Remorseful Cannibal...
I still am shipping you the Toe....cuz he smells funny...

Well, after affixing pricetags and actually wrapping the art up carefully..
i had a squeeze of time and banged out another ink drawing
that is kind of a brother to the Guardians
but a diff narrative...
kind of like Picasso would do with themes..
elaborate! elaborate! expand! develop!
blahblahblah!
Here it is!
and this will also be at Damons for you to adopt!
"the Crowd"
same elements/2 shields/1 figure and three flowers
and made it a little moodier
and also did some weird lighting/shadows stuff...
not as strong as the below piece
but it was around 11:30 pm
and daddy was tired!

and here's "the Guardians"
so you can see em side by side!

Well, gotta get to woiks!
Hope to see y'all tomorrow!
