Cool site, like the photos especially. I'd love to visit the Place Of Refuge sometime.. My only critique would be that the "drinks" section is very misguided. No self-resppecting tiki bar would serve some of those drinks (a Bahama Mama, a RASTAFARIAN???, or a Mudslide?); there has never been Rose's Lime Juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, or grenadine in a Mai Tai (Lord...Trader Vic would shutter...I won't even mention the Zombie or Suffering Bastard recipes!); a shaker, a jigger, a trusty bartowel, and an ice crusher are damned near all I ever use behind my bar (and a Juice-O-Matic); Creme De Menthe, Bailey's, and Tia Maria are wastes of money which I can't think of a classic tiki drink they are useful in, and without Orgeat and Passion Fruit Syrup, you hardly have a tiki bar. A good guide to the real thing is "Beachbum Berry's Grog Log", along with it's companion book "Intoxica", both by Jeff Berry. He put a ton of time and effort into authenticity for those books, and the drinks say it all!
