KAMAIINA

2 oz 7-Up
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz triple sec
1 oz Lopez coconut cream
1 oz gin
Shake well with ice cubes (or mix in commercial mixer). Pour into ceramic coconut. Garnish with fresh mint and fruit stick.

BTW, Kamaaina means old timer according to the Trader Vic's guide. Which explains why mrsmiley drank so many last night at Vic's for his 40th. birthday celebration!
