The outside seating is being worked on currently, the wood flooring is being replaced and some of the bacbac and bamboo on the walls is also being fixed/repaired/replaced. The Molokai is just about complete, the back dining rooms are just about complete and the new chairs look spectacular. And, this is still just talk so nothing official yet, but the old chairs and barstools may be sold auction style..... still just talk so don't hold me to it or ask for dates and prices.
