I'm in marketing and what I think is needed is a little infusion of marketing capital. I think for so long everyone wanted this place to be kept a "locals" secret and now it's suffering because of it. Spend a little on enhancing the website with some professional photography, run an agressive ad campaign, get links to the restaurant on other Tiki/Polynesian sites, and especially advertise that it's a great party, even wedding venue. I really want to have my husband's surpise 50th here and I've called and emailed them about planning it with no response, I guess because of the uncertainty of its future.
