Tipsy, when you put it like that it does sound a bit funny!! We will be okay! The door hinge will have a stop on it so it won't hit anything. I need to have as much display space as I can so it is actually a good place as it would have been kind of dead area. There will be no mugs on this shelf! Just black lava and maybe a few small carvings.
