I was not on the yahoo group so I do not know how they compare. But it has been my experience that boards usually degenerate because they get dominated by a few weenies-that has not happened here and I don't think it will. This is the only board I post on because I like the frank discussion with other members. So there! Just to back up my previous comments I will now post an unpopular idea: "WE NEED MORE STRIP MALLS"
