Sure, some of the places do fine, such as the Harbor House Cafe,( try getting in on a Sunday morning) but that section of PCH, including Peter's Landing, has been slow for the past 10 years. I used to work at Sam's Seafood in 1987, so I'm hoping that there's a bit of a revival in that area, as it used to be THE area to party. I beleive it started to die out around 1993ish? I wish the new Beachcomber much luck and Mrs. Kahala and I will be patrons.
