It is, as leleliz stated, a strip mall. I have heard that one existited there but the strip mall has been there at least 25 years now. I know some people that claim to have visited it. I'll try to get some info. Super 8's story sound very plausible. I am not gonna draw any Mob-ties conclusions, but the Cerrito family is well known in Los Gatos. They owned Cerrito Chevrolet about a block from the afore mentioned strip mall.
