Old habits - treating customers like they don't matter - die hard! Very, very foolish behavior. I ship the next morning if my shipping center is open. We're looking at concrete examples of evolution here - these guys might just end up getting themselves Darwinized! Sorry to hear about your supply woes, Max. |
