well I was there in the early 70's but I was only 2 or 3.
and don't remember much.

we do have a cool night photo of the Skull rock all lit up.

Cool deal on the picture books!...Brotha, you aren't the only one wishing to return to the "heyday" of Disneyland! Seeing Louis Jordan play at the Plaza Pavillion or Louis Armstrong playing in New Orleans Square would have been an incredible experience, as well as seeing the Tahitian Terrace show!
Skull Rock was an amazing "ambient" piece of eye candy! The starkist tuna boats and sandwiches were not bad, either! Just had to carry gum on hand! If you get a chance, scan in the photo, and up it! I'd like to see it!
I'll be uploading more of my collection in the next couple of weeks. I have other "vintage/classic" items waiting for pics, as well as some not-so-current limited and/or rare stuff...
