Dear The Jab and ChrisTiki295,

Thank you for your replies. I really appreciate it!! I will definitely check them out.

Any suggestions for dinner? Should we eat at Bali Hai or Island Palms? We will visit both but wondered if one had better food.

Thank You,

Gem (not Sparky)

The Bali Hai has mediocre to lousy food. I highly recommend driving over to the Islands at the Hanalei for dinner and heading back to the Bali Hai for drinks after. The Islands dining room is gorgeous. Words can't really do it justice but picture a rock and giant clamshell waterfall, little bridges over pools of water, and a group of huge glass floats suspended from the center of the ceiling. It's really magical at night. And the food is a bit better than at the Bali Hai.
