I popped down to check it out, and Michael posted before I had a chance to get back. There is definitely NOT a for lease sign on Forbidden Island or anywhere nearby the building. If you go up a block towards Pagano's Hardware, there are two buildings next to each other, next door to the laundromat, and one has a sign that says for rent, and the other has a sign that says for lease.
