You are culture sponge and then certain bits pour out in the art. You never know where those bits will come from. It's all part of the creative process. Makes perfect sense to me! This piece is fabulous! I see a lot of gold highlights, too. Beautiful light and detail, as is your signature style. Very large too, yes? Lovely mood and delightful story, too. The fishes and seahorse! Perfection! This reminds me of some of your older pieces at the studio in combo with the recent moai guys stained glass look. LLT has developed into a character everyone wants to put their arms around. I agree, the book needs to be written! OK, gushing is over now. I got work to do myself. See ya Grumpus!
