The Ventura Film Festival is showing this documentary - Havanna, the new art of making ruins. This Saturday afternoon at the Elks Club in Ventura among the entries. They are having the screenings at the historic Elks club , it looks like Monte Carlo and has been restored. The Ventura pier is one of the coolest walks on earth and a few blocks away. You can see the islands across the channel 26 miles away and if you're lucky may spot some of the whales cruising along the shore. |
