I've been steering the ship(bar) here at Elettaria in NYC over most of the past year. We do a very rum heavy bar program with nods to classic Tiki drinks (Zombie, Grog, etc.) as well as my own rum concoctions. Anyway, thought I'd get in the Tiki Room and nose around a bit. Cheers, Joe
