As a long time lover of all things vintage and all things Hawaiian/Polynesian( ie; food,drinks,dress,music,decor,...did I say drinks??)it was inevitable that i end up here.I actually found out about this forum from another forum that i have been on for about 4 years, where there is a tiny section on Tiki, but ...WOW. After sneaking Hawaiian decor into my home for years and dragging home "Tacky old stuff", and insisting on hosting a Luau instead of elegant, grown up dinner parties..i am surrendering to the consuming power of tiki.I have loved seeing all your collections and Tiki bars and have much to learn, but look forward to spending some time here and eventually posting some pics of my own Tikified abode.:)
