I see an international cast forming. Representation from Australia, Canada, England, France, Israel, New Zealand, and the US from the East Coast to the West Coast and Hawaii! Plus a few who are too cryptic to name their location. If Bakersfield California is the armpit of the world, I'm thinking "The Thumb" would be somewhere in Kansas? And "The Eastern Edge of Western Civilization" would be about Turkey or Armenia :)
