Why do you think the Aladdin went out of business there? It has never done REALLY well compared to other Strip locations... They will never have great bartenders and servers in that location because we make our money in tips not hourly pay... I have had opportunities to work within that hotel and have turned it down because anywhere else I have worked I made double what their service staff was making... They might have done better off the strip with gaming. I don't see a way to make a tiki restaurant successfull in Las Vegas without the gaming. The Tiki Central crowd will not keep a restaurant open, there are not enough of them.
