So I come to this from the dues paying side of the isle. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT? Have a friend stand behind you and put a plastic bag over your head,and give you a bear hug.Just before you pass out and 'DIE' have them remove it. catch your breath.Remember that feeling of impending doom and death. Now KNOW this,if you continue to smoke there is no doubt that someday you will feel that same way again ,but this time there will be NO friend to remove the bag. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
