Alrighty then, thanks Lucas & all....I'm going to pick an internal quit date today. I will give it a another go...day number "one" soon... I'm going to try to see if these pills my doctor gave me are going to help this time around. I started them, and stopped them a while ago...time to pull them back out of the cabinet. I'm back in the saddle again...
